My friend Patrick had a terrible experience on New Years Day when he was sold watered-down gas at the Sunoco station at the Delaware Travel Plaza. After having to pay more than $1,400 to get the water pumped out of his gas tank, he still has had no success getting Sunoco to provide any support, or even admit responsibility. Sunoco - you sold me water instead of gas January 1 at the Delaware rest stop on I-95. Your negligence cost me $1472.26 in repairs and car rental, but you refuse to accept responsibility. I have all the documentation for mileage, location, payment, and repairs. I even have a fuel sample! Take a look at the photo and you’ll see the water on the bottom. My dealer took 11.5 gallons of your contaminated fuel out of my car and you won’t do the right thing. Is this how you treat your customers? #NoGoSunoco
